Job Title: Sales Coach

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Sales Manager/Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing.

Duties:
  • Setting sales goals and targets for the team
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans
  • Leading, motivating, and coaching sales team members
  • Analyzing sales performance and providing feedback
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Managing sales operations, including forecasting
  • Collaborating with management team
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Reporting sales performance
  • Conducting performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
  • Ensuring compliance with sales policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in managing sales
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and coach sales teams
  • Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and sales environments
  • Strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitors
  • Experience working with a CRM system in a service-driven business
  • Highly experienced and well-versed in Internet search literacy, cloud-based platforms, social media platforms, mobile applications, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
Additional Information:
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have ability to travel
  • 3-month probation period
