Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales coach to join our team. As a sales coach, you will be responsible for delivering customized coaching and training programs to our clients, helping them to improve their sales skills and achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver customized coaching and training programs to clients
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to clients
  • Conduct sales training sessions and workshops
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and coaching

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven sales excellence
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to self-generate leads and build local relationships with clients
  • Organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
