We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Peel Car Sales Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including opening and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff members
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role and be proficient in English. They will work 30 to 40 hours per week and be a permanent employee.
