Job Title: Cook

Quesada Burritos & Tacos is seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring high-quality food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to our menu standards and food safety guidelines.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Recruit and hire staff to join our kitchen team.
  • Organize buffets and banquets, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management and food preparation.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
