Job Title: Residential Title Services Manager

Chicago Title Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Title Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate title insurance processing, and leading a team of professionals to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Assistant Vice President, Client Services, in achieving business objectives and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide coaching and mentoring to ensure service levels are met.
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and implement strategies to boost productivity.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations.
  • Review and interpret title opinions, off-title searches, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate underwriting and processing of residential title insurance.
  • Provide information to clients regarding title insurance, coverage, and underwriting guidelines.
  • Maintain new and existing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and interacting with clients to address their concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Law Clerk designation from a community college.
  • Minimum five (5) years' residential real estate experience in a law firm and/or title insurance environment.
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of residential real estate practices, title issues, and their resolution.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to train and develop new and existing staff.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions quickly and confidently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities.
