Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Support Specialist to join our team at Trillium Residential Services. As a key member of our residential program, you will provide support and guidance to youth in our care, helping them to develop essential life skills and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports and case histories to document client progress and needs
  • Assess client needs and eligibility for specific services
  • Implement life skills workshops and behaviour management programs
  • Provide suicide and crisis intervention, as well as supervise activities of clients
  • Liaise with other social services agencies and healthcare providers

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with youth in a residential setting
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
