Job Summary:
The Department Lead - Store Experience will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and empowering team members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. You will maintain high standards of merchandising and operational excellence, while driving business results and promoting a positive work environment.

What We Offer:
Maxi offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
