About the Role

This part-time position is responsible for maintaining the appearance of our departments in mass channel accounts, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising of products according to a master schedule and merchandising plan.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports merchandising services with inventory management and merchandising activities in assigned retail accounts or several retail accounts, including everyday and seasonal products, as well as change-outs.
  • Maintains scheduled service visits each week and stays within set budgets that may vary from week to week depending on retail occasions. Increased availability the week leading up to a major season and the week following a major season is essential.
  • Follows instructions, productivity standards, and schedules provided, requiring attention to detail. Shares feedback with the Territory Manager to optimize processes, efficiency, and productivity. Flexibility is required to react to issues arising on job sites that interfere with the original plan.
  • Provides additional support to cover vacant accounts, holiday periods, and seasonal peak demand periods.
  • Supports department revisions, remerchandising, relocations, and new store installations as needed.

 

Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in a retail environment is beneficial
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Strong knowledge of Smartphone technology and ability to manage an email account effectively

 

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
