About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Supervisor to join our team at Skycruise Tech. As a Technical Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in promoting sales to existing clients and assessing their needs to recommend the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing clients, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Assess Client Needs and Resources

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and recommend the most suitable solutions, taking into account their resources and budget.

Develop Reports and Proposals

You will create detailed reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services, highlighting how they can improve our clients' business operations.

Conduct Sales Transactions

You will be responsible for conducting sales transactions through our online platform, ensuring seamless and secure transactions.

Estimate Costs and Benefits

You will estimate the costs of installing and maintaining our equipment or services, providing clients with accurate and transparent information.
