Strategic Procurement Leadership Role

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Procurement Director to lead our procurement function and drive strategic sourcing initiatives.
This critical role plays a key part in shaping the company's overall procurement strategy, ensuring effective management of suppliers, and maximizing value for the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing and Procurement Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing and procurement strategies to support program, corporate, and client goals and objectives.
- Team Management: Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee recruiting and hiring.
- Process Improvement: Assist with creating and implementing company-wide policies, procedures, playbooks, and other organizational materials to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Vendor Management: Enforce sourcing and procurement strategies, manage annual procurement budget, and maintain a robust supplier base.
- Liaison and Communication: Serve as a liaison between the business and internal departments, resolving vendor disputes, and developing organization requirements.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Lead by example, model CBRE RISE values, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving strategic sourcing initiatives and process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
