About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team at OPENLANE. As a key member of our Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer experiences on all OPENLANE platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Increase dealer purchase behavior and buyer penetration on all OPENLANE Remarketing platforms in the assigned region.
  • Maintain 100% compliance with Salesforce utilization for accounts in your assigned book of business.
  • Re-engage and reactivate fallout sellers for OPENLANE.
  • Handle and close all at auction and digital if-bids, ensuring a high-level conversion rate.
  • Drive dealer sales growth by utilizing OPENLANE technology tools, implementing strategic ideas, and selling at auction ancillary services.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience within a related field.
  • A good understanding of methods for promoting and selling products and services.
  • A valid driver's license in the province of employment.
  • Proficiency in Google Products and computer skills.
