Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for positioning the company as the service leader by exceeding customer expectations and providing professional point-of-service contacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exceed customer expectations by providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Provide professional point-of-service contacts to customers, including responding to requests for quotes, order acknowledgements, and follow-ups
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction
  • Effectively manage priorities, deadlines, and achieve response time objectives
  • Contribute to a positive culture by ensuring that all interactions with customers are professional and courteous
Requirements
  • College diploma or 3 years of relevant Inside Sales or Customer Service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Fluent in Canadian English
Technical Skills
  • Commercial or business math skills, including ability to calculate ratios, discounts, and margins
  • Mechanical aptitude and technical acuity
  • Ability to analyze opportunities and offer appropriate product and commercial solutions
Personal Motivation
  • Demonstrate a strong desire to self-educate and develop
  • Be personally motivated to own issues and see them through to a solution
  • Escalate appropriately
  • Look for multiple ways to say YES before saying NO
