About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at BRAR 22 PIZZA as a Pizzeria Manager. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and execute menus that meet the highest quality and presentation standards.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the kitchen.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Manage kitchen operations to meet sales targets and maintain profitability.
Requirements
  • Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or pizzeria environment.
  • Proven ability to manage kitchen staff and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
