Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop our team of trainers to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high-quality workout experience for our members.
  • Sell memberships and achieve monthly sales goals by building strong relationships with our members and promoting our services through effective marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales, including social media management, event planning, and community outreach.
  • Manage gym operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and inventory management, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our members.
  • Work closely with our owner to hire, train, and motivate employees, and drive the educational training and development of our team.
Requirements:
  • Completion of 9Round Certified Trainer Program and all corporate training modules.
  • Training experience in personal or group fitness, with a proven track record of success.
  • Sales experience with a demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet established goals.
  • Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness, or professional setting.
  • Clear and articulate communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in a related field, such as Exercise Science, Physiology, or Sports Management.
  • Current national training certification.
  • Bachelor's degree.
