Heavy Truck Technician

Ontario Inc is seeking a skilled Heavy Truck Technician to join our team. As a diesel mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our fleet.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and repairing heavy trucks.
- Ordering parts and maintaining inventory levels to minimize downtime.
- Instructing apprentices and sharing your expertise with others.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in the field, although not required, is an asset.
This role requires:
- A high level of physical fitness due to the demanding nature of the work.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Works well in a team environment.
