About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Project Manager to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our logistics processes to drive business growth and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the impact of new product introductions on our warehouse space, packaging, labor, transportation, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to optimize our logistics operations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify and analyze budget requirements for various projects and prepare necessary documentation to present to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize our logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with local teams to maintain finished goods inventory in a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) concept.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest logistics trends and best practices to ensure our operations remain competitive.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual, with advanced proficiency in English and French (Spanish is an asset).
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate complex information to various audiences and build presentations.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.
