About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at True North Homes & Construction Ltd. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing and sending correspondence, invoices, and other documents.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Communication: Respond to incoming and outgoing mail, messages, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Financial Support: Assist with preparing and processing financial documents, including invoices and bank deposits.
  • File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Contract Preparation: Assist with preparing sales and other contracts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Work Setting: This role is based in a rural area.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
