About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at 2072599 ALBERTA INC. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Reception: Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Document Management: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, and label files according to retention and disposal schedules.
  • Administrative Support: Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases, and provide general information to clients and the public.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Organize and schedule office work, and maintain accurate records and files.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
