Position Summary:

The Monster Beverage Field Execution Representative plays a crucial role in supporting Trade Development Managers across various market-specific programs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Support and assist Trade Development Managers in executing programs.
    • Enhance Merchandising support in All Measured Channels.
    • Build and strengthen route-level relationships in Nielsen measured accounts.
    • Execute the "Curb to Vault" strategy for Point of Sale.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Maintain direct route-level relationships with Store Managers on their specific route.
  • Merchandise Monster as an individual contributor in the cold vault and in coolers.
  • Expand cold space in all accounts where applicable.
  • Transport and placement of Point of Sale materials both in and outside of accounts.
  • Responsibly care for program materials and assets of Monster Beverage.
  • Arrive on time and adhere to shift schedule, check in with Management via app-based tools.
  • Communicate execution action items to the Region Managers via a daily tracker.
  • Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with customers.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • May be required to travel when necessary.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. when required.
  • General knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and eligible to drive on behalf of Monster.
  • Must have reliable transportation (able to transport reset, display, and Point of Sale equipment).

Periodically, a Monster Dolly Rack may be required.
