We're seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team at Dash Hudson. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and development for our company.

About the Position

This full-time role is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and requires you to work from our head office in downtown Halifax. You will be responsible for managing a creative and customized outreach strategy to potential customers in various verticals, including fashion, beauty, luxury, travel, food, publishing, consumer electronics, and more.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Find and source new leads to go through your outreach process, from coordinators to C-level executives.
  • Custom Outreach Process: Manage the early stages of the sales pipeline by communicating with potential customers through email, LinkedIn, Social Media, and cold calling.
  • Track Performance: Monitor the performance of daily outreach, including emails sent (opened, clicked, and responded to), calls completed, and DMs sent.
  • Closing Deals: Follow leads through the outreach process and close gaps where any lapses may occur.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a base salary, we also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, life insurance, disability insurance, employee assistance program, bonuses, and incentives.
