Role Overview

This position provides administrative support at Trinity Common in Brampton, reporting to the Sr. Property Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Description
  • The ideal candidate will collect, reconcile and enter monthly rents in Yardi; maintain and update tenant files and vendor insurance tracking.
  • Prepare Lease Assignment documents, Rental Assistance documents and correspondence as necessary.
  • Assist in resolving tenant issues, including reviewing tenant leases and preparing service contracts.

An estimated salary for this role in Brampton, Ontario is around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A College Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration or Business/Accounting is required.
  • Three years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook, is essential.
  • Strong analytical, numeracy and problem-solving skills are required.
