Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic real estate team at Century21 Property Zone Realty. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities.

About the Role:
This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Train staff.
  • Maintain filing system.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents.
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.


Requirements:
  • Proficient in MS Word, Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Windows.
  • Familiarity with contracts, correspondence, invoices, reports, and records.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
