You will be the key to delivering a return on investment to both Marriott International and property ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share
  • Lead the hotel leadership team to achieve strategic objectives and guide their professional development
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective pricing strategies and demand forecasting
  • Build strong relationships with property owners, local officials, and businesses to promote the hotel's brand and services
  • Represent Marriott Hotels & Resorts and JW brand values in all leadership actions

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 8 years' experience in hotel operations, sales, and marketing, finance, and accounting
  • OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 6 years' experience in hotel operations, sales, and marketing, finance, and accounting

Preferred:

  • General Manager experience in limited or full-service properties
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late nights
  • Property industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
