Hotel Operations Manager

Ganesh Hospitality Inc is seeking a skilled Hotel Clerk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports to ensure seamless hotel operations.
Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to meet hotel standards.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on hotel performance and operations.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility and ability to work overtime as needed.
The successful candidate will work in a hotel setting, with a team of 3-4 people. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ability to work under pressure is essential.
