Hotel Operations Manager

Ganesh Hospitality Inc is seeking a skilled Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our front desk and guest services team.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators and guest feedback.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced hotel environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring seamless hotel operations.
Language:English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Hours:37.5 hours per week.
