Administrative Support Specialist

The City of Regina is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the Administrative Support role within the Office of the City Clerk.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the department, including coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, processing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- Assist in preparing minutes, reports, and other materials as required.
- Respond to requests for information or materials from internal and external parties.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
This is a full-time position working in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary Range$44,571 - $59,426 per annum, depending on experience.
