About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at VF Corporation. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating a best-in-class customer experience in our store. You will engage with a diverse group of customers, using your product and brand knowledge to ensure each customer has a memorable and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a customer-first mindset by modeling selling behaviors with a passion for the brand, customer, and product.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and be flexible to the changing needs of the customer and the business.
  • Provide exceptional service while educating customers on our product, brand purpose, and community service involvement.
  • Ensure product is always available to the customer and represented in a compelling way that is consistent with visual guidelines.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures, standards, and practices, and company directives.
