Key Responsibilities
  • Perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
  • Focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
  • Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks when needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and provide leadership when needed.
Requirements
  • Dedication to customer service and a positive attitude.
  • Fluent in English and a valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime as needed.
  • Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently.
  • Desire to continually learn new things and grow with the company.
