Job Summary

The University of Waterloo is seeking a highly skilled Research Project Coordinator to provide administrative, financial, and project support to the Emerging Radio Systems Group (EmRG).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide research project administrative support, including coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, and preparation of reports.
  • Assist with project planning and management, including development of project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Support human resources administration, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Develop grant proposals and reports, and assist with communication and liaison activities on behalf of the group.

Requirements
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
