Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Art Gallery Operations Coordinator to join our team at All In The Wild Photography Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing public relations and promotional programs, evaluating daily operations, and implementing new strategies and programs touching public relations.

About the Role

The Art Gallery Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our art gallery. This includes supervising staff, recruiting new team members, training existing staff, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on artistic products or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Public Relations and Promotional Programs: Create and implement effective public relations and promotional programs to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Implement New Strategies and Programs: Develop and implement new strategies and programs to improve public relations, sales, and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise Staff: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Recruit Staff: Recruit new staff members to join our team, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and qualifications for the role.
  • Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing: A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the artistic products or services industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team of staff members.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions.

Other Information
