Job Title: Art Gallery Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Art Gallery Manager Assistant to join our team at All In The Wild Photography Inc. This is a permanent position with a salary range of $500,001 - $1,500,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Public Relations and Promotional Programs: Create and implement effective public relations and promotional programs to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Regularly evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement and Advertise Promotional Programs: Develop and implement promotional programs to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Implement New Strategies and Programs Touching Public Relations: Develop and implement new strategies and programs to improve public relations and increase brand awareness.
  • Perform Clerical Activities: Perform various clerical activities, including manual and electronic filing, and record payments received.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
  • Recruit and Supervise Staff: Recruit and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties effectively.
  • Train Staff: Provide training to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and Administer Policies and Programs: Develop and administer policies and programs to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Act as Liaison: Act as a liaison between staff and management to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Public Liaison and Media Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with the public and media to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Provide Client Information: Provide clients with information and support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Use Principles and Methods for Showing, Promoting, and Selling Products or Services: Use principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services to increase sales and drive growth.
  • Study Market Research and Trends: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
  • Professionalism in Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients: Promote sales to existing clients to increase revenue and drive growth.
  • Identify and Solicit Potential Clients: Identify and solicit potential clients to increase revenue and drive growth.
  • Complete Sales Transactions: Complete sales transactions to ensure timely and efficient processing.
  • Conduct Sales Calls: Conduct sales calls to increase revenue and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Relocation Costs Not Covered: Relocation costs are not covered by the employer.
  • Various Locations: The position is available at various locations.
  • Supervision: The position involves supervising 5-10 people.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in word processing software, point of sale systems, and social media is required.
  • Specialized Environmental Skills and Knowledge: Specialized environmental skills and knowledge are an asset.
  • Area of Specialization: Operations management is an area of specialization.
  • Security and Safety: A criminal record check is required.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: A valid driver's license is required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The position involves working in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and requiring attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, client focus, and organization are required.
Experience:
  • 3 Years to Less than 5 Years: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field is required.
