The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join Enviros as a Program Supervisor – Live in Program. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Live in Programs, ensuring that our programs are delivered in accordance with Enviros' policies and protocols. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our programs.
  • Collaborate with Children's Services to ensure that our programs meet the needs of our clients.
  • Ensure that all Accreditation standards are met and maintained.
  • Oversee the completion and management of documentation and case management.
  • Develop and implement scheduling to ensure that our programs are properly staffed.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to the development of our programs.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback and coaching to staff members.
  • Work with the Program Manager to ensure that our budget is managed effectively.
  • Provide regular supervision and support to staff members.
  • Support clients as needed and provide recruitment, staff performance evaluations, and staff training as required.
  • Oversee household health and safety standards and overall housekeeping duties.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a Human Services related field.
  • Experience and demonstrated skills in supervising staff.
  • Experience working with at-risk youth.
  • Experience working with Children's Services is considered an asset.
  • CPR and first aid certification.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and a clean driver's abstract.
  • Police Record Check with Vulnerable sector check and Child Intervention Check.
