Job Title: Early Childhood Program Supervisor

Fulton Child Care Association is seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Program Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-12 years
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of early childhood educators and assistants
  • Lead activities such as storytelling, teaching songs, and preparing crafts
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents and guardians
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate or equivalent
  • Child Development Supervisor (ECE Level 3) certification
  • Emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR certification
  • 1-2 years of experience in early childhood education
