Job Title: Early Childhood Program Supervisor

Best Amigos Forever Ltd. is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Program Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our childcare programs, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess children's development and create personalized learning plans
  • Supervise staff, trainees, and volunteers to ensure high-quality care
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
  • Lead activities, including storytelling, teaching songs, and preparing crafts
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements:
  • Child development supervisor (ECE level 3) certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
