Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at barBurrito. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring efficient and effective kitchen operations.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, and scheduling.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
