Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Presentation: Determine the size of food portions and costs, prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment to maintain a well-stocked kitchen and ensure that all necessary ingredients and materials are available.
- Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
