We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at OFF THE HOOK SURF TURF SMOKERY LTD. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards, taking into account customer allergies and dietary requirements.
- Kitchen Operations: Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and safe food preparation and service.
- Inventory Management: Order and manage kitchen supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and develop kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
