Job Title: Clinical Quality Improvement Leader

Fraser Health Authority is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality Improvement Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Quality and Patient Safety department, you will play a critical role in driving quality improvement initiatives and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality improvement strategies to enhance patient outcomes and safety
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based solutions
  • Conduct quality improvement projects and evaluations to measure effectiveness and inform future initiatives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff on quality improvement principles and practices
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, and families
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a healthcare-related field
  • 7+ years of experience in quality improvement or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving quality improvement initiatives and achieving measurable results
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
