Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team in North America. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic oversight of services and leadership of our team of staff. In this role, you will be client-facing and responsible for the successful execution of the scope of the project as well as delivering on key deliverables for our company.
About the Role
- You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective strategies to meet their goals.
- You will lead a team of staff to ensure the successful delivery of services and projects.
- You will be responsible for managing profit and loss, human resources, operational excellence, and the health and safety of our employees.
Key Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of operational experience in Integrated Facilities Management is required.
- Federal Government Security Clearance is preferred.
- Awareness of technical elements needed to deliver services support.
- The ability to attract, develop, and retain employees, providing a safe and supportive work environment.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
