Job Title: Field Operator

We are seeking a skilled Field Operator to join our team at Roska DBO Inc. in Weyburn, Saskatchewan.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining oil and gas field equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations. This is a local position, and applicants must reside in the Grande Prairie area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain oil and gas field equipment, including compression and gas processing units.
  • Monitor and control equipment performance, identifying and reporting any issues or malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Participate in regular safety training and adhere to company safety protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the operations manager.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an operator position, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Valid H2S Alive and Standard First Aid certifications.
  • Valid driver's license and clean abstract.
  • Disciplined work ethic and ability to take initiative.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
