Job Title: Field Operator

Roska DBO Inc. is seeking a skilled Field Operator to join their team in Weyburn, Saskatchewan.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Field Operator to work on our oil and gas operations in the Weyburn area. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring safe working practices, and collaborating with the team to achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including pumps, compressors, and other machinery
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve operational goals and resolve issues
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
  • Monitor and report on equipment performance and maintenance needs
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an operator position, preferably in the oil and gas industry
  • Valid safety tickets, including H2S Alive and Standard First Aid
  • Valid driver's license and clean abstract
  • Disciplined work ethic and ability to take initiative
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
