Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at World Wide Supply. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our office, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize resource allocation.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to meet business needs.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of communication.
  • 30 to 35 hours per week.
