Job Summary

The Motor World Auto's Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, including preparing minutes of meetings and seminars.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
