Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Wandering River Husky. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure effective task delegation
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Sell merchandise and promote products to customers
- Resolve issues that may arise, including supply shortages and customer requests
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role
- Health care plan
- Permanent work term
- English language
- 40 hours per week
