Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and motivated Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, creating menus, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage kitchen staff and ensure that they are trained and equipped to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Create menus that showcase the flavors and ingredients of our region, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Develop and implement menu items that are consistent with our brand and vision.
  • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to ensure consistency and quality of food products.
  • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed in the kitchen, including proper sanitation, food handling, and storage procedures.
  • Monitor kitchen inventory and manage supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Requirements
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a chef or executive chef in a similar setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Familiarity with menu planning, pricing, and inventory management.
