About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Hephæstus Homes Ltd. as we continue to grow and expand our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the construction site.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Demolition and Debris Removal: Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Material Handling: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Worksite Safety: Work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: The role requires physical stamina, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Team Player: We are looking for a reliable and dependable individual who can work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience: Experience in construction or a related field is an asset, but not required.
