- Customer Service: Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Financial Oversight: Strategically manage the warehouse's financial operations focusing on budgeting and cost savings. Monitor daily operational expenditures, identify budget variances, and implement cost-reduction strategies. Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that highlight performance against financial goals.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety policies, conduct regular inspections and training, and maintain high standards of workplace safety and sanitation.
Benefits:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, and logistics management

- Mandarin language proficiency required
