Job Summary
">We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Inventory Manager to join our team. This opportunity is located in Brampton, Ontario, and offers a unique blend of product knowledge, market insight, regulatory expertise, and comprehensive supply chain services.
Responsibilities

- Conducts daily monitoring of inventory (i.e., cycle counts)">
- Maintains a safe environment and physical condition of the warehouse">
- Monitor inventory levels as materials, equipment and stock are issued, transferred, or sold to customers and storage using manual or computerized inventory systems">
- Compile inventory reports, recording the quantity, type and value of materials, equipment, and stock on hand, using manual or computerized inventory systems">
- Prepare requisition orders to replenish materials, equipment and stock">
- Maintain stock rotation and dispose of and account for outdated stock">
- Enter data for production scheduling, stock replenishment/relocation and inventory adjustments">
- Reconcile physical inventories with computer counts">
- Investigating and identifying the root cause of inventory variances">
- Track and trace discrepancies on inventory and usage transactions, balance over and under">
- Establish, manage, and communicate inventory gaps">
- Responsible for month-end inventory cycle count">
- Interacts daily with plant Operations, Planning, Shipping, and Quality Assurance departments">
- Acts as a backup in the absence of the Shipping/Receiving Supervisor">
- Attend and conduct year-end inventory audits">
- Assist Shipping, Invoicing, and Planning if any issues with inventory arise">
- Processing of returns">
- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner">
- May be required on occasion to work, support and liaise with other Amir's divisions">
- Other duties as assigned">
Qualifications
">- ">
- Related University degree or college diploma, SCMP designation or two (2) years of related inventory or purchasing work experience is required">
- Must have very strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently">
- Must possess strong written and oral communication skills">
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)">
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Tableau, and Sharepoint experience are considered an asset">
Compensation
">The salary range for this position is approximately $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include dental care, extended health care, life insurance, and vision care.
