As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing service queues, and supporting your colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest has an exceptional Tommy Gun's experience
  • Manage service queues, answer emails and phone calls, and support your team
