About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Mararh Transport Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our logistics network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit detailed reports on logistics operations, including metrics on efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Operational Planning
    • Develop and implement operational plans to improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management
    • Train and supervise logistics staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support logistics operations.
  • Work Scheduling
    • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Quality Control
    • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics operations or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
